Noticed: Neighbor has people come mow precious lawn, 12:45pm on year's hottest day

Apparently no one died or was overcome manicuring this guy's no-shade lawn.
...Heat index was at 100. (Hey, that coulda been higher, right?....) 'Heat warnings' in effect (excerpt below).

Excerpt from NWS 'excessive heat warning':

"AN EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING MEANS THAT A PROLONGED PERIOD OF
DANGEROUSLY HOT TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR.... 
TO REDUCE RISK DURING OUTDOOR WORK...THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND
HEALTH ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDS SCHEDULING FREQUENT REST BREAKS
IN SHADED OR AIR CONDITIONED ENVIRONMENTS. ANYONE OVERCOME BY
HEAT SHOULD BE MOVED TO A COOL AND SHADED LOCATION. HEAT STROKE
IS AN EMERGENCY - CALL 9 1 1."
